Two sides of the same table.
Our story
One of us spent years in merchant due diligence and risk. The job was to decide whether an application looked like a business or a problem, and to write down why.
The other spent those years on expo floors and in boardrooms, finding merchants worth fighting for. And watching good ones get turned away.
From both sides we kept seeing the same thing. Businesses that were perfectly bankable, declined because nobody had shown them what the other side needed to see. The gap was never the risk. It was the translation.
So we built AZ Nexus to close it.
Why AZ?
Because the job runs from A to Z: from the first conversation to the night you need a limit raised before a big sales weekend. Same people, all the way through.
What we believe
A decline is rarely the end of the story.
Most are about how a business was presented, and to whom. That part can be fixed.
Independence is the product.
No house provider, no products of our own. If your current setup is fine, we'll say so.
Preparation beats persuasion.
We'd rather fix the file than oversell the business.
Fees should be readable.
If you can't explain your own statement, someone is counting on that.
You deal with the founders, not a ticket queue.
Before, during and after onboarding.
Fifteen minutes is usually enough to know.
Tell us about your business. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
